Refund Policy

 

1.1. Returning items

To get a refund, all you have to do is provide a reason for it. Subsequently, an email must be sent at [email protected].

Refund requests are accepted within 1 week. If the order is not over $100, you would not be asked to return the product and would receive the refund on the same day you request it. However, if the product is over $100, we would ask you to return the product. In this case, you would have to wait till we receive the product, after which your refund will be processed.

Please note that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state. The shoes must not show any sign of wear and tear.

1.2. Exchanging items

Unfortunately, the exchange of an item is not possible. Please place a new order on Widefeet Comfort.

1.3. Reimbursement of items worth over $100

Reimbursement is typically completed between 3-5 days after receiving the product. During this time, the quality check of the returned package is conducted.
